These terms govern your use of Sohki, provided by Naka Inc. By using Sohki, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions: message us with the chat bubble.

The service and your account

Sohki saves knowledge as notes with optional tags, tracks learning progress, and supports practice through connected AI chat apps. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf where required.

Keep access to your email account secure. You are responsible for the chat apps you authorize and the actions you ask them to take. Do not share sign-in codes or access tokens. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content and AI assistance

You retain ownership of your content. You give Naka Inc. permission to store, process, and transmit it as needed to provide Sohki, including returning it to apps you authorize. Only submit content you are entitled to use and share.

AI explanations, memory aids, assessments, and suggested actions can be wrong. Review important information and proposed changes. Sohki does not guarantee learning results, perfect recall, or compatibility with every chat app or feature. Third-party chat services have their own terms, settings, and subscription requirements.

Plans and usage limits

Plans limit weekly MCP calls; every plan keeps unlimited saved notes. Successful batches consume one call per batch, not one per note. Calls and reviews are different: a conversation may use several tools. When your weekly allowance is exhausted, note and practice tools are blocked until allowance renews or your plan permits further usage; account status remains available. Billing management and support requests do not require MCP allowance.

Subscriptions, changes, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. The price, currency, billing interval, and applicable charges are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Paid subscriptions renew for the selected interval until canceled. Upgrades take effect after successful payment and may include a prorated charge shown before confirmation. Downgrades and cancellation take effect at the end of the current paid period. Calls already used in the current week carry over when plans change.

Downgrading preserves saved notes and learning history. Manage subscriptions through Billing. For billing errors or refund requests, message us with the chat bubble. Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights that applicable law gives you.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sohki for unlawful activity, violate others’ rights, access another person’s data without permission, disrupt the service, or bypass account, capacity, or usage controls. We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks, or legal requirements.

Availability and ending use

You can stop using Sohki and request account deletion by messaging us with the chat bubble. Account deletion does not remove copies held by your chat app. We may change or discontinue features; if a change affects a paid subscription, we will communicate relevant options and honor applicable obligations. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
